The accommodation is on 4 floors linked by normal domestic stairs and comprises:

Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Separate cloakroom.

First floor: Beamed open plan living area with fitted kitchen, fully equipped and with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob.
Lounge has 2 sofas, and an arm chair (and a beanbag), dining table and 6 chairs, TV with digital Freeview (log in to your own Netflix), DVD/CD player, DAB/FM radio with bluetooth connection and ipad/pod/phone docking pod.
Hearth with woodburner effect gas fire.

Second floor: Two bedrooms, one double one twin sharing a ‘Jack and Jill’ en suite shower room.

Third floor: Double bedroom ( king size) with en suite bath and shower room.

There are 2 further floors which are not accessible to guests.

Gas central heating. Private walled patio garden with garden furniture and gas barbeque.
